It holds the temperature well overall. I noticed one small spike, but it settled back down and wasn’t a big deal??

It’s been easy to keep clean overall, which I really appreciate. The only thing is the grease tray fills up quicker than I expected, so I have to keep an eye on it. Still, it’s simple enough to deal with, and I’d definitely keep using it.

I ordered from Pit Boss Grills and was already bracing myself to be irritated waiting around for a big delivery. Usually stuff like this takes forever, and I’m not the most patient when I’m checking tracking every day. But it actually shipped quickly and showed up earlier than the date they gave me. The box was in good shape too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m really happy with how smooth and fast it ended up being.

The grill itself ended up being okay, which was a relief, but the box showed up beat up. I got stressed opening it because I was expecting to find damage inside. Everything worked out, but the packaging could definitely be better.

I’ve been using my Pit Boss for a few weeks now, and the heat distribution has been really solid. I was expecting at least a few hot spots, because that’s usually how these things go, but so far I haven’t had one side scorching food while the other side is just sitting there barely cooking.
I’ve made burgers, ribs, and chicken on it so far, and everything has cooked evenly, which makes grilling a lot less of a hassle. It’s nice not having to constantly shuffle food around like I’m playing a tiny BBQ puzzle. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I got my Pit Boss hooked up to the Wi-Fi and app, but yeah, it took me a couple tries. It didn’t connect right off the bat, so I restarted my phone, moved a little closer to the grill, and then it finally worked like it was supposed to.

i really like being able to check the temps from inside the house. That part is super convenient. The app can be a bit slow here and there, and it did log me out once, which was annoying, but overall it does what I need. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the connection process was a little smoother.

I picked up the Pit Boss mostly for ribs and brisket, the smoke flavor has been the thing that stood out most. It’s not overpowering or bitter, just a clean wood-smoke taste that settles into the meat really nicely.
I’ve used it a few weekends now, and reading between the lines, the fact that everyone keeps wandering outside when it’s cooking probably says enough. The food comes out smelling like a proper backyard BBQ, and my family noticed the difference right away. So far, I’m happy with it.

I purchased a Pit Boss from the site mainly because I wanted a larger hopper, and overall, it has been a solid choice. For longer cooks like ribs or a pork shoulder, it’s really convenient not having to check the pellets every hour.
The capacity works well for weekend cooking, and the lid is simple enough to open when I do need to top it off. I’ll admit I still peek at it more than necessary, but that’s probably just habit at this point.

The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that the pellet level can be a little tricky to judge sometimes. Other than that, I’m happy with it and it does what I needed it to do.

I had to send back a part because it didn’t end up fitting my grill, and the return process was straightforward. My refund showed up about a week later, which was fine. The only small issue was that the email updates were a little slow, so I did have to follow up once. Still, it wasn’t a big hassle, and I’d order from here again.

I will say the grease cleanup on this Pit Boss is way better than my old grill. The bucket catches most of it, and after making burgers I’m not stuck scraping forever, which is a relief. That said, I’m a little disappointed because I thought it would be even cleaner and more hassle-free than it actually is. It’s definitely an improvement, just not quite as great as I was hoping.

I have to say, support got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. The issue was a bit frustrating at first and I wish it hadn’t happened, but they handled it quickly and got everything fixed without much hassle.

I’m not a great griller and I usually blame being busy or distracted, but this made things easy. The heat stayed steady the whole time, and the ribs came out just right. I even threw on some burgers after and they turned out great too

I needed a new igniter for my grill and found the part quick, quick enough that it wasn’t a hassle. Shipping did take a bit, a bit longer than I hoped, but once it showed up, the grill was back up and working again.

As someone who really doesn’t like messing around with equipment just to get it going, I’m happy with this. The ignition has fired up every single time so far, no fuss and no headaches.

I’ve had this for two summers now, and it’s held up well. It still feels solid, and while there’s a little bit of rust starting to show, it hasn’t really affected how it cooks. I’m still able to make good meals on it without any issues. Kind of nice when something actually lasts, it makes me happy I stuck with it.
